It always annoyed/confused me that in the intro to Avatar: The Last Airbender, when Katara says, “only the avatar, master of all 4 elements could stop them but when the world needed him most, he vanished” they show Roku, bending before he vanishes because it makes it sound and look like he is the avatar who vanished!
Even worse, she continues, “100 years passed and my brother and I discovered the new avatar“ as if the one who vanished isn’t the same as the one they found!
This confused me so much that even after I learned about Aang disappearing in Book 1, I still assumed that Roku also vanished somehow until I learned more explicit info about him in either the end of Book 2 or in Book 2 (can’t remember right now).
But it is really unclear the way they present it in the opening sequence!
I thought all of the Avengers represented in Joss Whedon’s The Avengers got their fair share of screen time. But lets face it, some got more screen time than others. Vulture went ahead and clocked the screen time of each character in the film just so we could know this useless bit of geek trivia.
Hawkeye: 12:44.
Thor: 25:52.
Bruce Banner: 28:03.
Black Widow: 33:35.
Iron Man: 37:01.
Captain America: 37:42.(Source)
Reasons Hawkeye needs his own movie.
